Holistic Therapy in Oregon and Louisiana

You’ve built the outer version of yourself that the world admires, but inside? You feel numb, exhausted, burned out, or like something’s cracking.

You’ve done the “right” things, pushed through limits, and it still doesn’t feel like relief. If exhaustion, high‑functioning anxiety, buried grief, or people‑pleasing feels too familiar, you don’t have to hit rock bottom to deserve deeper support.

Welcome to the place where therapy can help you quiet the mental noise and reconnect with the parts of you that have felt lost or buried.

We’re not just addressing symptoms like anxiety or burnout. We’re exploring the roots: how emotional neglect shaped your self-worth, how grief got buried under achievement, how you were able to protect yourself this long on fumes, and why feeling disconnected has started to feel normal. Holistic therapy treats the whole you, not just your symptoms.

Maybe you’re…

The one everyone leans on, so asking for help seems irrelevant.

Being the strong one means your needs have always come last. Shout-out to all my people pleasers, perfectionists, and peacemakers. I salute how responsible you are, and also want to see you thrive, not just survive! You make the world turn, but also deserve space to exist without guilt or obligation.

Feeling burnt out from the modern world.

The world is on fire outside, and so is your own internally. The added pressure to “figure it out now” or be “perfect” has driven you into the ground. You want help to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and finally listen to what your body and mind have been trying to tell you for years.

Quietly spiraling, even though your life looks “fine” on the outside.

You’ve been in survival mode for so long that it feels normal. Others had it worse, so why am I complaining? Just because you’ve managed this long doesn’t mean what has been happening hasn’t had its impact.

Scared to slow down because if you do, it might all fall apart.

Moving at the speed of light sounds effective until your flame spits out. This trend often leads to high-functioning anxiety that might be cute at first, but wears you down fast. What if, instead of taking the risk of burnout, you took a risk on rest?

The one who takes care of everything, and now you don’t know how to need anyone.

Your to-do list accounts for everyone but you. Sure, a Target haul and Starbucks can be considered “care” for oneself, but I am talking about something with more depth. I am talking about the need for someone else to share the burden of the mundane life to-dos and seasons. It doesn’t have to be all on your shoulders.

You were the caretaker long before you were ready, and no one ever noticed.

While other kids got to be kids, you were managing chaos, emotions, or survival. Now you’re successful, independent, and completely disconnected from your own needs. What if you can exist and be loved without performing to earn it? Holistic Therapy

I’M Brooke!

I believe you don’t have to be someone you're not to be enough.

If you’ve ever felt like therapy wasn’t built for people like you (the ones who get shit done but don’t feel much anymore) I get it. You’ve survived by staying sharp, staying busy, and staying out of your mess. I see all you’ve done to survive, and I also believe in expanding that capacity.

In holistic therapy, I bring curiosity, honesty, and humor. Sessions with me are collaborative, compassionate, and real. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for trust and growth, and I show up authentically because I want you to feel safe showing up, too.

Clients describe me as warm, funny, relatable, and direct. I’ll ask the hard questions, but I’ll do it with grace and care. I’m not here to fix you or tell you what you want to hear. I’m here to walk with you as you reconnect with the parts of yourself that got left behind.

We forget our humanity when we’re in survival mode. But you’re allowed to start over. You’re allowed to come undone and still be whole. You’re allowed to be a work in progress and still be successful. I love insight, and especially when it’s paired with action. Let’s talk about how we’ll work together.
